A supercontinuum laser family enabling adaptive broad-spectrum exploitation for optical communications, sensing, power beaming, and directed effects. Transmitting the full optical spectrum simultaneously within a single beam enables selectable bandwidth, combined sensing and comms capability, and LPD/LPI performance.

LPD/LPI — undetectable comms Low Probability of Detection/Intercept. Broadband spectrum renders the signal invisible to conventional surveillance and monitoring systems.

Full spectrum in one beam The entire optical spectrum is carried simultaneously. Selectable bandwidth and wavelength — a key differentiator over narrowband laser comms.

GEO satellite sync from the field Demonstrated 12 Mbps link with a 10 mW laser and 30–200 mm aperture. SOF operators can maintain secure comms to geosynchronous orbit.

Combined sensing + comms Single aperture performs both data transmission and optical sensing — reducing system complexity and SWaP-C requirements.
